The deposit and the actual rental fee will be settled between the parties at the end of the rental period, according to the accounting system (offsetting) detailed in our General Terms and Conditions (GTC). Any remaining balance will be settled immediately upon the return of the equipment.

Based on scientific consensus and clinical practice, the use of Red Light Therapy is not recommended or requires extreme caution in the following cases:
Yes, provided the equipment is available. To ensure the extension, please notify us at least 3 business days before your current rental period expires.
While I customize this in your Individual Protocol, I generally recommend a minimum of two sessions per day. The exact frequency and duration will be tailored to your specific injury and recovery stage to ensure the most effective biological response.
We will go through the precise operation of the devices in person during pick-up. Additionally, I will provide a detailed, easy-to-follow user guide to ensure you can manage your treatments with confidence at home.
For hygiene reasons, we recommend wearing thin, clean clothing during the treatment. While we sanitize all equipment before and after every rental, we kindly ask you to return the devices in the same clean condition as they were received.

After using cryo-compression, the pain in my knee subsided, allowing me to perform physiotherapy and personal training much more effectively—helping me achieve, among other things, proper knee flexion. The device was easy to use; all I needed was an ice pack, water, and power.
Even after just a few days of use, it managed to relieve my muscle and joint pain caused by overuse. The device felt specifically pleasant during operation. I highly recommend it to anyone dealing with similar issues!
After a stubborn ankle injury, my main goals were to reduce inflammation and accelerate healing. The combination of cryo-compression and red light therapy was the breakthrough I needed; it significantly reduced the edema, relieved the pain, and noticeably shortened my recovery time.
In the first weeks after my knee replacement surgery, the biggest challenges were the intense swelling and restricted mobility. The cryo-compression device was a lifesaver: the icing and compression reduced the edema much more effectively, while the red light therapy visibly aided scar healing.
